We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an issue with your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With tags attached

In its original packaging

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
