Thank you for shopping with The Dad Co. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand (such as product launches or promotional periods), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Pre-Sale Orders

From time to time, The Dad Co. may offer products on a pre-sale basis before stock has arrived.

By purchasing a pre-sale product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is not yet in stock at the time of purchase.

  • You agree to wait until stock arrives before your order is shipped.

  • Customers will be notified within 3–7 days of stock arriving.

  • Once stock has arrived and your order has been processed, standard shipping terms and delivery timeframes will apply.

Pre-sale dates are estimates and may be subject to manufacturing or shipping delays outside of our control.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

  • Standard International: 7–15 business days

  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

The Dad Co. is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect shipping details

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
